The planning stage of the township is completed as of May 2026, and its prelaunch inauguration is done on 10th May 2026. Its master plan is spread over 7.7 acres and will have 2 iconic towers. These will comprise 45 floors each and will be homes to 1440 apartments.
2. Current construction status

The apartments are now open for booking. Buyers can contact the sales team to book their chosen unit on their preferred floor. During the prelaunch stage, the builder is offering a 20% discount on the actual selling price.
