Godrej Vanantara is a premium residential township designed with a strong focus on nature, greenery, and low-density living located off Bannerghatta Road in South Bangalore. The master plan of the site is set on 36 acres and presents over 2,000 units of 2, 3, and 4.5 BHK apartments. The sizes of these flats range between 1,250 sq. ft. and 2,900 sq. ft., with prices starting at Rs. 1.57 Crore. The project features 16 towers and a large 1,02,600 sq. ft. clubhouse for sports and fun. It was officially launched on 15th May 2026, and the possession date is scheduled for 31st Dec 2031.
