Godrej Properties Awards and Recognition 2026 Update

Godrej Properties received many key awards during this period. In GRESB 2025, it ranked No.1 in the world for sustainability among residential developers.

Godrej MSR City in Bangalore also won Best Property of the Year in 2025. The township covers 62 acres. It has around 4,000 homes and a 20-acre green landscape.

Other awards are:

• Golden Peacock Award for ESG came in 2024.
• Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, received the Pride of India Award in 2024.
• Godrej Properties was named India’s Most Admired Brand in 2024.
• The company won the DEI Innovation Award in 2025 for diversity and inclusion work.

During these four years, Godrej Properties received awards in different areas. Some awards were for its residential projects. Some were for brand trust, CSR work, and workplace equality.

The awards are:

• In 2023, Euromoney listed Godrej Properties as the Best Residential Developer in India.
• The same year, Economic Times recognised the brand as one of the best in real estate.
• Construction Week gave the company the Developer of the Year title in 2021.
• For CSR work, Godrej Properties received the Golden Peacock Award in 2022.
• ICAI honoured the company with the Gender Equality Gold Award in 2022.
• In 2023, KPMG ESG recognised its work in diversity with the ESG Diversity Award.

In 2018, NDTV Property Awards recognised one of its developments with the Best Design Project award.

CNBC-Awaaz and Brand Trust Report again listed it among the Most Trusted Real Estate Brands in 2019.

The business numbers also show strong growth. Godrej Properties recorded ₹29,444 crore sales bookings in FY2025. Out of this, ₹10,163 crore came in Q4 FY2025. Sales in 2025 were 44% higher than in 2022. The company also had 11 projects crossing ₹1,000 crore sales each in 2025. It developed 18.4 million sq. ft in 2025 and planned a ₹40,000 crore launch pipeline for FY2026.

In 2025, Amitesh Shah became Zonal CEO, MMR. Sandeep Navlakhe became COO.

Godrej Properties also works on employee well-being and equal growth. It runs the CREW Conclave for women leaders in real estate. It also runs the Pride Internship programme for LGBTQIA+ professionals.

In 2025, the company won the Best Workplace award from Jombay.
